My name is Cindy. I am a Registered Arts Therapist of the Australian, New Zealand, and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA), specializing in the multi-modalities approach - Expressive Arts Therapy.
I believe that "mental health" is critical to our well-being, and I am very passionate about advocating mental health through the arts.
I was born with high sensitivity and with an abundance of thoughts and feelings. Back then, I found it challenging to express myself with the right words. Naturally, arts became my best companion. It supported me in articulating my thoughts, channeling my emotions, and connecting with the world.
Therefore, I hope to utilize my passion, beliefs, and strengths. And I look forward to meet you in person to discuss how we can work on a mutually decided goal together.
